Fruit: bananas, kiwi, rhubarb ,  cherries, elderflowers
Vegetables: asparagus, broccoli, purple sprouting broccoli, samphire, radishes,  Jersey Royals, new potatoes, kale, lettuce and salad leaves, rocket, radishes, rocket, rhubarb, rosemary, spinach, spring onions, sorrel, watercress, wild garlic, wild nettles

Meat/poultry/fish: coley,crab, langoustine, lobster, sardines, mackerel, plaice, prawns cockles, john dory, salmon, sea bass, sea trout, spring lamb, wood pigeon

Herbs: Basil, dill, chives, chervil, Rosemary, sorrel

Juicing in a  slow pressed Centrifrugal juicer is a must: I have Oscar 900 which still costs around £ 350 and I bought mine 12 years ago- and its still as good as it was then.  I found a a cheaper option.  Von Shef’s Professional Red Slow Masticating Juicer. Wild Nettles at this time are really helpful to our liver and particularly good for detoxing.  Juice Recipe: hand full of nettles and spinach, 1 large apple, 1 Lemon, 2 Carrots.
