Roasted Garlic Hummus 

Smoked Garlic Hummus

1 bulb smoked garlic ( oven bake mark 6 for 20 mins )

1 tin chickpeas

juice of 1 whole lemon

2 tbsp tahini ( more to suit your taste)

20 ml extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp Smoked paprika

1/4 tsp chipotle chilli flakes ( or to personal taste)

Rock salt ( tiny pinch) or 1/2 tsp of bouillon

Black pepper, to taste

optional sesame oil for personal taste.


Place all of the ingredients into a food processor; blitz for 5 minutes or until the consistency you want.

Take out and chill in fridge or sprinkle the smoked paprika and chilli flakes when ready to serve.
