Self Care – The first step

Practice self love and care.  Taking time out for yourself is a good practice.

Practice good self-care. You will love yourself more, when you take better care of your basic needs. People high in self-love nourish themselves daily through healthy activities, like sound nutrition,  exercise, proper sleep, intimacy and healthy social interactions.

Hibiscus tea is rich in anti-oxidants which can fight against aging and keeps the skin healthy and glowing.  Hibiscus is  also known for its calming properties and good for managing  hot flashes during the menopause. This is because it helps the Central nervous system and restores hormonal imbalances.

The vitamin C and anti-inflammatory properties of hibiscus tea can be highly effective when treating acne – so its good for teens going trough their transitions too.

As mentioned above, hibiscus tea is rich in vitamin C. This vitamin plays an important role in improving one’s metabolism. The presence of vitamin C in hibiscus tea allows this tea to speed up and regulate our metabolism. If you are trying to lose weight, or are trying to maintain your current weight, then try drinking hibiscus tea regularly..
