Moon Magic Self Care Baths

Discover your goddess within

Use the next few days before a Full Moon to indulge your senses and practice a little more self care.

For those of you this comes naturally, keep in mind that luxury experience of a indulgent bath. For others for who it does not come as easily, plan a night where indulgence takes a priority.

In a small bowl, add some epsom salt or sea salt, and some healing crystals. Write an intention, a personal blessing or a mantra/ prayer and place them in the bowl. You can place this bowl next to your candles. Place these near an altar. Use this link if you want to read about how to create an altar
