Savory Sundried Tomato and Cheese Muffins
1 cup Gram Flour
150 gm Organic Brown Rice Flour
120gm Organic Buckwheat Flour
Organic milk to bind – you can also use orange juice
50 gm Butter
100 gm Cheese
1tsp Bicarb Soda
Sundried tomatoes – 12 cut finely
season – garlic, salt, siracha powder
Add all dry ingredients
Rub in butter
Add Grated Cheese
Add Sun dried Tomatos
Add eggs to milk and knead flour with the milk mixure-
Make equal sized balls – place in a muffin tin
bake 20 mins on 180 – Eat while warm
Rice Flour, Buckwheat and Gram Flour are great sources of natural protein . White refined have no nutritional value and these Flours also rob the body of vital mineral – so are not a great way to support or optimise wellbeing.
