The wonderful Randhiraj, came to my home to give me some nutritional guidance executed in an amazing cooking lesson which gave me some starter, quick, easy and tasty recipes to feed my family of 4. I had got to a point where I was uninspired and struggling to provide interesting weekly meals. I needed meals that were easy to make being a busy family, but at the same time still not losing out on the nutritional side. Randhiraj answered the brief perfectly with a selection of Indian meals with her own twist. She gave me the confidence to be more adventurous with my family meals with a solid foundation of herbs, spices and vegetables/ fish and meats you could use in a variety of combinations with different results!
